1. Changing Your Company’s Name

Business Activity: Ensure the registered business activity reflects the current operations.
Registered Address or Office Hours: Changes to the company’s registered office or business hours must be reported.
Location of Registers: Companies incorporated before 3 January 2016 must update the place where the register of members and index is kept.
Appointments or Cessation of Officers and Auditors: Notify ACRA of any new appointments or terminations of company officers, including directors and auditors.
For the appointment of new officers or auditors, the following details must be provided:
Name and Identification Number
Nationality and Residential Address
Contact Address (if applicable)
Contact Number and Email Address
Position Held and Appointment Date
Cessation Date (if applicable)
Note: There is no fee for notifying ACRA of these updates.

Updating your company’s information is done entirely online via the BizFile+ portal. The steps include:
Logging into the portal with your CorpPass.
Selecting the relevant transaction (e.g., updating officers, changing registered address).
Filling in the required details and submitting the form.
